Plumbing & Heating “Do It Yourself” Support Service


Due to the impact of the Coronavirus, federal and state mandates, VP Plumbing & Heating will be operating under the following guidelines:

If it has been determined by one of our professionals that you are experiencing a plumbing or heating emergency, we can deploy a plumber to your location for “Emergency Service”.

The health and safety of you, your family and our staff is of the utmost importance to all of us. With this in mind, we have implemented the following guidelines:

i. All clothing, tools and materials that will enter your home will be disinfected prior to our visit.
ii. Each of our professionals are provided with gloves, masks and sanitizer to minimize risk.
iii. Our professionals will respect the social distancing recommendations (6-10 feet) while in your home. We kindly request that you also respect these recommendations.

If it has been determined by one of our professionals that you are NOT experiencing a plumbing or heating emergency, but still need our help, we offer our Remote Plumbing “Do It Yourself” Service:

With the growing numbers of families asked to stay in their home, plumbing and heating issues will arise. In an effort to do everything we can to serve our customers while keeping them and our team’s safe, we will be offering a Remote Plumbing “Do It Yourself” Support Service for non-emergency issues.

i. You will be connected with a one of our plumbing professionals through a video phone connection.
ii. Our expert will help assess your plumbing or heating problem and walk you through the solution/repair.

How much does it cost?
Our rate is $2.00 per minute for the first 15 minutes (minimum fee $30.00), and then $1.00 per minute for each additional minute for the duration of our video connection.
