I LOVE their work and availability and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. They went the extra mile to clean up afterwards. They were prompt and made themselves available for my emergency. I can't sing their praises enough! If you need great plumbers, these are your guys! I wish I knew about them sooner!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luke was amazing. We had an emergency with our boiler on a Sunday afternoon and he was to us in East Setauket within an hour. Problem totally fixed. So grateful. He was great.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly highly recommend! Had them this week--twice! First for scheduled toilet/"and the valve coming from the wall is leaking and won't turn off" repair. Showed up on time & fixed problem & patiently answered all my million questions while hunched over (tall guy--poor thing) fixing toilet in our tiniest bathroom. Three days later noticed huge puddle forming below A/C in basement. Texted them after hours seeking an appointment. Guy actually CALLED me back within a half hour to reassure me that yes, I could still use A/C (thank god--99% humidity outside). Showed up first thing the next day, cleaned the gunk out of the pipe (this is why I tell my husband that yearly maintenance is a real thing). Professional, reasonable, and reliable. Highly highly recommend!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our indirect hot water heater replaced. The team was on time, friendly, and professional. I had a few conversations with the GM, Quinn, before the work. He shared a lot of helpful information so that I could make an informed decision. Ultimately, it should make things more efficient as the unit is now right-sized for our home.
