First for scheduled toilet/"and the valve coming from the wall is leaking and won't turn off" repair. Showed up on time & fixed problem & patiently answered all my million questions while hunched over (tall guy--poor thing) fixing toilet in our tiniest bathroom. Three days later noticed huge puddle forming below A/C in basement. Texted them after hours seeking an appointment. Guy actually CALLED me back within a half hour to reassure me that yes, I could still use A/C (thank god--99% humidity outside). Showed up first thing the next day, cleaned the gunk out of the pipe (this is why I tell my husband that yearly maintenance is a real thing). Professional, reasonable, and reliable. I had a few conversations with the GM, Quinn, before the work. He shared a lot of helpful information so that I could make an informed decision. Luke from VP was prompt, professional, and took the time to show me how he repaired the valves and how I could maintain them myself in the future.
