Tim was on time and great to deal with. He serviced our heating unit for the winter and came back on his own time for a follow-up to ensure everything was working the way it should. Thank you, Tim and VP for an exceptional service and caring.

I cannot say enough good things about VP Plumbing & Heating! From Quinn, who came out to provide the estimate, to Luke and Jonathan, who completed the work, the entire experience was excellent. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Luke even followed up the next day to make sure I fully understood what additional services were needed, which I really appreciated. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company!

Tim did a fantastic and very professional job that was neat and complete. I had a bathroom vanity and faucet installed and they had everything they needed on their truck to do a complete job relatively quickly. They were also able to secure the vanity to the wall making it unnecessary to hire someone else for that part of the work. Great job!!

Outstanding Service, Professional Team, and Fair Pricing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had an excellent experience with VP Plumbing & Heating, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tim, Luke, and Cody for the outstanding service they provided.

Late one evening, our 75-gallon hot water heater failed, causing water to leak into our basement and resulting in some flooding. When I called, Tim answered the phone and immediately put me at ease. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the steps to safely shut down the water heater and prevent further damage. He made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Tim and his partner Luke arrived early the following morning, just as promised. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional, and clearly experienced in their work. I also had the pleasure of meeting Cody, who was equally professional and helpful. All three did an amazing job!

Another thing I really appreciated was their honest and competitive pricing. I had taken the time to shop around and compare estimates, and I found their pricing to be very fair for the work involved. Their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail made the entire experience even better.

The installation went smoothly, and so far, everything has been working perfectly with no issues.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that values professionalism, customer service, and fair pricing. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I highly recommend VP Plumbing & Heating! A big thank-you to Tim, Luke, and Cody for making a stressful situation so much easier. You have definitely earned my trust and future business!
